New venue for April Book Group

Just a quick update to let everyone know that the venue for the April meeting will be The Barrels in Berwick (Bridge Street, for anyone who hasn’t frequented this wonderful pub before!).
There will be teas available, although of course we’ll have to pay for these.

Meetings

Tuesday 2 July
Bring/share a ‘bedside table’ book (which can include non-fiction). Categories are ‘Gathering dust’ (or ‘A book I hated’), ‘Couldn’t put down’, or ‘Secret indulgence’.
Meet at The Barrels as usual, but bring snacks and nibbles (savoury or sweet) to share.

Tuesday 3 September

Tuesday 1 October
NW by Zadie Smith

Meetings take place on the first Tuesday of every month at The Barrels Ale House, Bridge St (map)
